Oil: exports exceeded 444 million barrels during the first half of the year

The oil Ministry said that the total oil exports for the first half of this year amounted to more than 444 million barrels and revenue exceeded the $ 79 billion, indicated that 31 global company purchased Iraqi crude oil.She said oil marketing company SOMO of the Ministry in a statement posted on its website that the total oil exports for the first half of this year reached 444 million barrels, indicating that the rate of the monthly export amounted to 74 million and 800,000 barrels and 2 million barrels a day and 493.
The company added that revenue from sales of crude oil totaled 79 billion and 800 million dollars and seven billion and 519 million dollars a month, noting that the average monthly selling price of crude oil reached $ 101 and 585 cents.
The company confirmed that oil exports from the Basra ports amounted to 65 million barrels and 516 per month and 2 million and 183 thousand BPD, while oil exports via the Northern line three million and 118 million barrels per month with an average 530,000 barrels per day, noting that the number of companies which purchased Iraqi crude oil reached 31 global company.
Iraq signed in 2010, several contracts with international companies to develop some oil fields in the first and second rounds of licenses to produce at least six million bpd in 2017, such contracts have focused mostly on fields of the South.
