Announced that the Iraqi Oil Marketing Company (SOMO) that the country's crude exports fell to 2,328 million barrels per day in the month of June from 2.484 million bpd in the previous May.
The company attributed the decline in oil exports for the month of June in Iraq to a slowdown in shipments of Kirkuk after repeated incidents of leakage in the pipeline and bad weather caused disruption to exports from the south.
SOMO said in a statement that Iraq shipped 2.135 million barrels per day of oil hub of Basra in the south, and 193 thousand barrels per day from the northern fields around Kirkuk, including 14 thousand barrels transported by truck to Jordan.
