Masum: out of Iraq from Chapter VII a new phase of state sovereignty

BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) - The head of the Kurdistan Alliance bloc in the House of Representatives Fuad Masum, Wednesday, that the end of the provisions of Chapter VII, which were imposed on Iraq will be the beginning of a new phase represents the full sovereignty of the state at all levels.
The head of the bloc Fuad Masum's (IMN) said that "Iraq is suffering from restrictions in all areas of political, economic and security, where he was under international trusteeship does not possess the full right of any sovereign decision, but by reference to the United Nations, and out of this chapter represents an important stage of the country's history" .
Masum said that "the end of the provisions of Chapter VII on Iraq would open broad prospects for the return of Iraq to be an important country in all fields, and an influential member of the international community."
He added that "the return of Iraq to having the freedom to act his money will have a great impact to change reality and move towards the welfare and prosperity of his people."
It is expected that the UN Security Council vote, to remove Iraq from the provisions of Chapter VII of money on 27 June, after the recommendation of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Ban Ki-moon said in a report submitted to the Security Council, in which he said that Iraq has fulfilled all its international obligations.
