Raise the remains of 10 victims of the dictatorial regime of the two cemeteries in Erbil and Sulaymaniyah

He added that the cemetery first is (Kir) province of Arbil, which took place after drilling and exploration within the site is located on the top of a mountain, is now the cemetery second is (Khalkan) in the province of Sulaymaniyah, indicating that the remains of the 10 recovered equally between المقبرتين belonging to victims of the Kurds has liquidated at the hands of the ousted regime buried during the eighties of the last century.
Amin explained that the Angels department of mass graves completed work numbering and diagnose المقبرتين to conduct DNA testing (DNA) in order to identify the remains anonymous, according to the record of delivery of legal, warning that the process of opening المقبرتين came under the supervision of the International Organization for missing (icmp) after the testimony of some witnesses for locations.
He revealed that the difference of the department is seeking to open the tomb of Halabja in Sulaimaniyah province after conducting a field survey to it by the Ministry of Environment, indicating that the process of opening graves and exhumation must be followed by legal action to prosecute the perpetrators of such crimes and registration of cases against them in the competent courts as part of the procedures restore the rights of victims and get international recognition.
