Iraq and Kuwait signed six agreements and memorandums of understanding covering aspects of economic, trade, cultural, environmental, diplomatic and transport. (Economic and trade? Won't they need to have a currency exchange increase to help that)
While Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, Iraq's relationship with Kuwait's transition into a new phase, well-informed sources revealed on Baghdad early next week, went to New York to finalize arrangements for the country's exit from Chapter VII at the end of this month, after the consent of Kuwait and ensure Russia's vote.
A statement said the Prime Minister has received a copy of the "morning" Wednesday: Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki held a bilateral meeting with his counterpart in Kuwait Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, during which movement emphasized the relationship between Iraq and Kuwait to a new stage, "adding that" this meeting was followed by a joint meeting attended by members of the Iraqi and Kuwaiti delegations.
According to the statement, Al-Maliki said at a joint meeting opened: "Iraq will not only overcome the crises, but will open with Kuwait a new era of cooperation and develop political and economic relations, and in the areas of investment, energy, transport and environment, business and the private sector to take advantage of the many available investment opportunities in Iraq, holding a joint Conference of businessmen from both countries to discuss opportunities for collaboration in this area."
For his part, Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah "opens a new phase in the Kuwaiti-Iraq relations, which we address the heavy legacy of the past, to broader relations in all fields."
In a joint statement to the Iraqi and Kuwaiti sides came after their meeting today, in which they "strengthen and develop bilateral ties, pushed to a higher level and further communication and coordination at all levels, to reflect the level of development in the bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries," pointing out that "during the meeting, the two sides reviewed the development of bilateral relations between the two countries, and expressed satisfaction with the significant progress achieved in the areas of cooperation between the two countries and issues of common concern."
It added that "signing a number of agreements and memorandums of understanding covering economic aspects and Ari, cultural and environmental diplomacy", indicating that the two sides "agreed to further work on strengthening bilateral cooperation in all fields and to open new horizons for realizing the aspirations of the leaderships of the two brotherly countries and peoples, and continue and continue coordination and consultation on all regional and international developments and to promote security and stability in the region."
Meanwhile, well-informed sources revealed for "morning" that Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari will travel next week to New York to finalize arrangements to exit Iraq from Chapter VII.
The sources noted that the 27 vote by the Security Council on Iraq's exit from Chapter 7 to chapter VI approval of Kuwait and ensure Russia's vote to approve it.
